These terms govern your use of Worked's services. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

I offer business coaching and operational support through:

• One free initial consultation (one hour)

• Six-hour blocks of coaching/support at £600 per block

• Sessions delivered weekly, monthly, or as a full day, as agreed

Booking and payment

• Book sessions through Calendly or by contacting me directly

• Full payment is required before sessions begin (except the free initial call)

• Payment accepted via Stripe or bank transfer

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Individual sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at full rate

• All six hours must be used within one year of purchase

• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

Refunds

• Full refund with 7+ days' notice; no refund with less than 7 days' notice

• Once sessions have started: No refunds, but unused hours can be rescheduled within your one-year window

What I provide

• A listening ear and different perspective

• Practical support with systems and processes

What I don't provide

• Legal, financial, or medical advice

• Guaranteed business outcomes or results

• 24/7 availability or emergency support

Confidentiality

• I keep our conversations confidential

• I may take notes for session continuity

• I won't share your information except as required by law or as outlined in my Privacy Policy

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information

• Attend sessions on time

• Be respectful and honest

• Take responsibility for implementing any advice or strategies we discuss

Session format

• Sessions are delivered online or face-to-face, as agreed

• Online sessions: May be recorded with your consent for your reference

• Face-to-face sessions: You arrange and pay for the venue. I don't visit private homes

Travel charges

I travel by train where possible. Travel is charged at a flat rate and invoiced at the point of booking. 

• Southampton: £0

• Hampshire (beyond Southampton): £50

• London: £150

• Elsewhere: Quote on request

 

Travel charges are subject to the same booking and payment, cancellation and refund terms as sessions.

Liability

• My advice is based on experience and professional judgment

• You're responsible for decisions you make about your business

• I'm not liable for business outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from our work together

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

Intellectual property

• Materials I create specifically for you during our sessions are yours to use

• General frameworks, tools, and methods I use remain my intellectual property

• Don't reproduce or share my materials without permission

​​

Force majeure

I'm not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including illness, family emergencies, technical failures, or acts of God. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled where possible.

Insurance

I maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to my services.

​​

Termination

Either party can end our working relationship at any time by giving written notice. Refunds for unused sessions are subject to the refund policy above.

Changes to terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

​

Disputes

If there's a problem, let's talk it through. If we can't resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
